3. Key Compliance Terms

Brand Usage Rule: The licensee may use Fosslang’s official brand materials (logos, product descriptions, etc.) only as provided by the licensor. Any modification, distortion, or unauthorized use of brand assets is prohibited.
Product Authenticity: The licensee shall sell only Fosslang products supplied directly by the licensor. The sale of counterfeit, altered, or non-Fosslang products under the Fosslang brand is strictly prohibited.
Non-Transferability: This authorization is non-transferable. The licensee may not assign, sublicense, or share the authorized rights with any third party.
