1. Warranty Coverage

  • ABELWINK cookware is covered for one year from the date of purchase. If a product malfunctions due to manufacturing or material defects under normal use, we will provide free repair or replacement.
  • Warranty applies only to products purchased through official channels with a valid proof of purchase.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  1. Overheating: Prolonged dry heating, exceeding recommended temperatures, or excessive open flame.
  2. Improper Cleaning: Using abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads.
  3. Incorrect Dishwasher Use: Placing items labeled “hand wash only” in a dishwasher.
  4. Neglecting Maintenance: Failing to clean or maintain the cookware as instructed.
  5. User Damage: Drops, impacts, or modifications to the product.

3. Usage & Maintenance Recommendations

  • Follow the temperature and usage guidelines in the product manual.
  • Avoid using sharp or hard tools on cookware surfaces.
  • Hand wash products marked “hand wash only” with mild detergent and a soft cloth.
  • Regular cleaning and maintenance help extend the life of your cookware.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. Submit a warranty claim via ABELWINK official customer service, including proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  2. Claims will be reviewed within 3–5 business days, and a repair or replacement solution will be provided.
  3. Shipping costs for valid warranty claims are covered by ABELWINK. For claims outside warranty coverage, shipping and repair costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
