1. Warranty Coverage
- ABELWINK cookware is covered for one year from the date of purchase. If a product malfunctions due to manufacturing or material defects under normal use, we will provide free repair or replacement.
- Warranty applies only to products purchased through official channels with a valid proof of purchase.
2. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Overheating: Prolonged dry heating, exceeding recommended temperatures, or excessive open flame.
- Improper Cleaning: Using abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads.
- Incorrect Dishwasher Use: Placing items labeled “hand wash only” in a dishwasher.
- Neglecting Maintenance: Failing to clean or maintain the cookware as instructed.
- User Damage: Drops, impacts, or modifications to the product.
3. Usage & Maintenance Recommendations
- Follow the temperature and usage guidelines in the product manual.
- Avoid using sharp or hard tools on cookware surfaces.
- Hand wash products marked “hand wash only” with mild detergent and a soft cloth.
- Regular cleaning and maintenance help extend the life of your cookware.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
- Submit a warranty claim via ABELWINK official customer service, including proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- Claims will be reviewed within 3–5 business days, and a repair or replacement solution will be provided.
- Shipping costs for valid warranty claims are covered by ABELWINK. For claims outside warranty coverage, shipping and repair costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
